Water heating boiler of manual loading

Water heating boilers with manual fuel loading are engineered for: heating domestic, industrial, manufacturing, public, administrative, commercial premises, preparation of water for technological needs and supply of heat conductor to the drying chambers. Energy source for heating: Firewood, wood waste, sawdust and peat briquettes, coal and agricultural waste fall under energy sources for heating.

High efficiency of the equipment at the level of 83% is reached due to unique features of construction:

the furnace of the boiler is lined with fireclay bricks;
the thermal insulation of the boiler is made of a layer of mineral wool;
the air dispenser (distributor) facilitates selecting best optimal ratio of primary and secondary air and provides full combustion of fuel;
the design provides an effective system of heating of primary and secondary air;
a diaphragm which prevents scale formation, is installed in the flue heat exchanger;
tube plate and component parts of the flue heat exchanger are made of structural steel of the extra heat resistance.
