Boilers with mechanized fuel supply Kalvis-100M ... 1500M are intended for heating of manufacturing premises, and also for preparation of hot water for technological needs. The equipment operates on the solid fuel: sawdust, wood chips, wood processing products and agrowaste with a fraction of up to 50 mm, etc.
The efficiency of industrial boilers of the M series is not less than 87%. This figure is achieved due to design features:
- the boiler is made of steel and insulated with mineral wool (has excellent thermal insulation characteristic values);
- the firebox is lined with fireclay bricks, which allows to achieve a high combustion temperature;
- heat-resistant firebox doors are able to withstand high temperatures;
- additional arch provides efficient combustion of granular fuel with humidity up to 50%;
- Installation of complete set of pneumatic cleaning and ash removal that simplifies operation, is optional;
- Installation of complete set with various control panels (with frequency control of air-feeding and smoke exhaust) is optional.
Boiler equipment Kalvis-100M ... 1500M corresponds to the European indicators (regulations) of ecological safety. The boilers have been tested, which is confirmed by the relevant certificates.

The boiler is installed on a horizontal elevation with a height of 80-100 mm, made of non-combustible materials. The boiler is connected to the heating system in accordance with the design documentation, installation work must be performed by the licensed organization that has the appropriate permits.
The manufacturer's warranty on boiler equipment components is 12 months, on fast-wearing parts - 6 months, on the heat exchanger - 24 months.
